  • Annual home electrical system safety inspection. (Up to 3 service-related components) Inspection of Grounding path, Bonding & utility interconnection device for low voltage.
  • Thermal imaging of Electrical Service Equipment. (Up to 3 service-related components)  
  • Proper torquing of electrical meter and circuit breaker connections as well as neutrals & grounds within the electrical system. (Up to 3 service-related components) 
  • Functionality testing of GFCI and AFCI devices. (Ground fault receptacles or breakers & Arc Fault breakers) 
  • Proper smoke detector testing per NFPA 72. “Smoke Test/MFG date inspection”. Proper smoke detector & CO2 smoke detector combo cleaning. Replacement battery at the time of service. Up to 6 devices. ($15.99 per additional device)
